1. Our Commitment: Risk-Free Evaluation

At AiBotFlow, we believe businesses should experience the value of our WhatsApp Cloud API CRM, Autonomous AI Agents, and Multi-Agent Inbox before committing funds. That is why we provide a 14-Day Full Free Trial without requiring an upfront credit card or automatic billing obligation.

We encourage all prospective clients to explore our live dashboard, configure test AI agents, and verify message deliverability during the trial period.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You have complete freedom to cancel your active AiBotFlow subscription at any time directly through your dashboard:

• Self-Service Cancellation: Navigate to Settings → Billing & Subscriptions in your account and click "Cancel Subscription". No customer support hurdles or complicated phone calls required.
• Access Until Period End: Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will not be charged for subsequent renewals.
• Data Retention Post-Cancellation: Your CRM contact records, conversation histories, and bot configurations are preserved safely for 30 days after subscription expiration, giving you time to reactivate or export your data via CSV.

3. Refund Eligibility & Guidelines

Because AiBotFlow provides an unrestricted 14-day free trial, our refund terms for paid subscriptions are as follows:

• Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly plans (Starter ₹799, Growth ₹1,499, Enterprise ₹2,999) are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
• Annual Subscriptions: If you subscribed to an annual plan and experience critical platform malfunction that our technical team is unable to resolve within 7 business days of your written report, you may request a pro-rated refund within the first 14 days of your initial annual payment.
• Duplicate Billing Errors: In the rare event of accidental double charges or technical gateway errors, our team will issue an immediate 100% refund of the duplicate amount upon verification.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

When a refund is approved by our billing department:

• Refunds are initiated immediately via our official payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
• Funds will be credited back to the original source account (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your banking institution.
• You will receive an automated confirmation email with the Razorpay refund transaction reference number.
