1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the AiBotFlow web application (accessible at app.aibotflow.in and aibotflow.in), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you represent an organization or company, you certify that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

AiBotFlow is operated by Anil Sharma, headquartered in Gopalganj, Bihar, India. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. 14-Day Free Trial & Subscription Plans

We offer a transparent 14-Day Free Trial for all new verified accounts without requiring an upfront credit card:

• Free Trial Scope: Includes 100 contacts, 100 monthly broadcasts, 2 team members, 3 automation flows, and WhatsApp integration.
• Paid Subscriptions: Starter Plan (₹799/mo), Growth Plan (₹1,499/mo), and Enterprise Plan (₹2,999/mo). Annual plans receive an instant 20% discount.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled by the user prior to the renewal date.
• GST Compliance: Subscriptions are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India. Valid tax invoices are issued automatically upon payment confirmation.

3. Official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Usage

AiBotFlow operates strictly on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API architecture:

• 0% Platform Markup: AiBotFlow does NOT add any per-message markup. All messaging charges (Marketing ₹0.88, Utility ₹0.15, Authentication ₹0.15, Service ₹0.35) are set by Meta and billed directly by Meta through your Meta Business Manager payment method.
• 1,000 Free Service Chats: Meta provides 1,000 free customer-initiated service conversations per WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) every calendar month.
• Opt-In Compliance: You agree to send marketing broadcasts and promotional messages only to recipients who have provided clear, verifiable opt-in consent as mandated by WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy. Sending unsolicited bulk spam is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.
• Meta Policies: Your use of WhatsApp Cloud API is subject to Meta's Business Terms. AiBotFlow is not responsible for WABA quality rating degradation or bans resulting from user policy violations.

4. AI Agents & Automated Responses

AiBotFlow provides tools to configure autonomous AI agents that interact with your customers:

• You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and knowledge base documents uploaded to train your AI agents.
• You agree not to configure AI agents to generate illegal, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
• Human escalation triggers should be maintained to allow customers to transfer to live support representatives when requested.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the AiBotFlow platform to:

• Promote or facilitate hate speech, harassment, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods, adult services, or unauthorized financial schemes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise our software infrastructure, APIs, or database integrity.
• Resell access to the platform without prior written authorization under our official White-Label Reseller Partner Program.
• Send automated spam or harvest phone numbers without explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & SLA

AiBotFlow strives to maintain 99.9% platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service resulting from upstream outages by Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), Google, cloud hosting providers, or telecom carriers.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AiBotFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits, goodwill, or operational data arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gopalganj, Bihar, India.
